In his presentation, Professor Noah S. Schwartz from the University of the Fraser Valley, will unpack the Liberal’s gun control policies to help make sense of what is going on in Parliament, and what the community can do to ensure that the voices of hunters, sports shooters, and outdoor enthusiasts are not lost in this important debate.

Noah S. Schwartz, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, BC. His research focuses on public policy issues like firearms policy. Noah has published a book on gun policy in the United States, several peer-reviewed articles, and op-eds in the National Post and Calgary Herald.
