2024 Club Cavalcade

We hope to see you at the 68th annual B.C. Wildlife Federation AGM & Convention April 11th to 13th, 2024 in Kelowna BC at the Coast Capri Hotel. It’s an excellent opportunity to showcase the Federation’s conservation efforts throughout the year as well as the amazing contributions our member clubs make to fish, wildlife, and habitat throughout the province.

The Club Cavalcade is a unique opportunity to highlight the work of our Member Clubs through compelling in-person displays and presentations. We are especially excited to feature Clubs that make donations in support of the vital conservation work the B.C. Wildlife Federation does all year long.

We hope you will be among the donor clubs featured during the Club Cavalcade presentation at the AGM & Convention.

Clubs are invited to make monetary donations by cheque or credit card to the BCWF (detailed instructions are below). The AGM & Convention will feature a live Club Cavalcade cheque presentation in which donor club executives can make their donations to the BCWF Executive in person and on stage. This is a great opportunity to highlight your Club’s commitment to conservation to member clubs and through BCWF social media channels and Member Updates.

Providing a donation at the BCWF’s Club Cavalcade allows us to continue vital work for the future of fish, wildlife, and habitat in British Columbia.

Your donations are 100% tax deductible.

If you plan to mail in your donation, please do so by Friday, March 15th, 2024, so we’re able to include your club in our visual presentation during the AGM & Convention and include the logo and complete name of your club. Please make any cheques payable to: B.C. Wildlife Federation, noting your club’s name on the bottom left.
