2023 Club Cavalcade

To our esteemed member clubs,

We are proud to announce our 67th AGM & Convention which will be taking place in Nanaimo, B.C. on April 20 – 22, 2023. It’s an excellent opportunity to showcase the B.C. Wildlife Federation’s (BCWF) conservation efforts throughout the year as well as the contributions from Clubs throughout the province.

In past years, the BCWF has been able to host our AGM & Convention live which has provided Clubs with a way to support the work that is done through the BCWF in a very visual manner as part of the Club Cavalcade. Going virtual the past three years has presented a challenge and this year, we’d like to be able to, once again, feature Clubs who are able to offer donations to the BCWF to continue the work we’ve been doing.

Our goal this year is to continue to raise funds during our AGM & Convention, through our online auction, and to offer the opportunity for Clubs to be featured as donors during our Club Cavalcade presentation of our virtual AGM & Convention so we can continue to work towards fulfilling our mission to protect and conserve B.C.’s fish, wildlife, and habitat for the benefit of present and future generations.

The B.C. Wildlife Federation has been providing a voice for conservation for over 60 years, and now represents over 100 member clubs and 43,000 individual members across the province. The BCWF’s Youth Team has engaged over 10,000 youth in programs that educate young leaders and conservation stewards. Additionally, our Wetlands Program has restored over 90 hectares of wetlands throughout BC. Through donating, you are supporting the sound management of BC’s fish, wildlife, habitat, and outdoor recreational resources.

By providing a gift to be showcased during the BCWF’s Club Cavalcade, you will be supporting important conservation initiatives in BC. To make your donation, you can do so by either making your donation online or live at the AGM & Convention in Nanaimo. There will be an allotted time for Club Cavalcade donations at the AGM & Convention. For more details, please see the agenda:
